Unlike similar lightweight windproof garments that use a nonbreathable polyurethane backing to keep wind at bay, our Windcrest relies on an ultratight weave to block cool breezes. This not only stops the wind dead in its tracks, but also keeps you from feeling stuffy or sweaty when active. The exterior is treated with DuPont® Durable Water Repellent to keep light rain and moisture from penetrating without affecting breathability. The drawcord hem prevents cold air from creeping in.
